Digital Media Planner (3 years’ experience)

The Digital Media Planner will develop impactful & optimum ROI media plan to achieve client’s objectives and KPI, as well as do campaign analysis.  He/she is expected to have good understanding in digital media and performance channels such as Search, FB and GDN, and good analytical skills combined with campaign execution, optimisation and reporting experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop digital media strategies, media touch-point planning, as well as media cost and effectiveness analysis via all integrated online, social network, mobile, digital PR and other interactive channels.
  • Buy, optimize and manage media campaigns in both direct buy and programmatic fashion through DSPs, Exchanges and Biddable media (Facebook, Youtube, Search etc).
  • Analyse and evaluate performance data and recommend appropriate actions based on conclusions.
  • Administrate campaign implementation to ensure budget is in line with hitting campaign success metrics.
  • Monitor ad delivery and recommend campaign optimization options to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Collate statistical reports and compile online data.
  • Project coordination among clients, internal, and media suppliers
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies and offerings within the performance and programmatic space.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital media planning.
  • Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations.
  • Hands on experience in FB Ad Operations/Search Marketing/ Exchange/DSP-related preferred.
  • Good understanding in digital and programmatic media like Paid Search and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including an analytic and fact-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
  • A self-starter and thinks outside of the box.
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
