Senior Executive, Social Media & Content Editor

Role Purpose:

Be responsible for creating and producing the content on social media, website, email marketing, e-newsletter, SMS, TVC, Radio and PR content for the marketing team in Thailand. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, brand consideration and traffic to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops a social media strategy and implements social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules.
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page in Thai and English, blog content, facebook, Line, Instagram and Pantip.
  • Ensures brand consistency and compliance to regulation in marketing and social media content by working with other departments, including marketing, underwriting, compliance, contact centre and claims department.
  • Identify customer behaviours through the analysis of interactions, visits and conversion. Use this information to create comprehensive reports, driving insights to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Researches, monitors and benchmarks all social media activity of company competitors and make recommendation on action monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Reports progress to Brand Manager and leadership team by weekly and monthly
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, engagement, conversion, promotions and competitiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Provide guidance to marketing team members and others on social media implementation best practices and strategies
  • Collaborate within marketing and with several other departments to create campaigns that support new product and feature launches, achieving the launch objectives.

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in marketing, communication or any related fields
  • At least 3 years of work experiences in social media.  Desirable experiences are a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Familiarity with graphic design and publishing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress and HTML)
  • Experience in using Harmony (email), Kentico (CMS) and Maxymizer (A/B test) is a plus
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics, social listening tools and Facebook Insight
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Good communication skill in English & Thai, both written and verbal
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated behaviours in line with Bold, Bright & Direct values
