Support the Senior Maintenance team in planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and facilities.

Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair activities for building systems and facility equipment, including electrical, water supply, drainage, air conditioning, gas, and other utility systems.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules to ensure buildings and facilities remain safe and in good working condition.

Troubleshoot building and facility issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize disruption to operations.

Coordinate with internal departments, area owners, and contractors regarding building maintenance and facility-related activities.

Support annual maintenance planning, building inspections, and maintenance shutdown activities.

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for building maintenance, repair, and facility improvement projects.

Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials required for building and facility maintenance.

Coordinate with procurement teams for purchasing maintenance materials and follow up on delivery status.

Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, repair reports, and update maintenance status regularly.

Support the implementation of building maintenance standards, safety requirements, and proper maintenance procedures.

Assist in improving building reliability, facility conditions, and overall operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production Technology, Technical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in Building Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Engineering Support, Utilities, or related technical work.

Basic knowledge of building maintenance and preventive/corrective maintenance systems.

Knowledge of building and utility systems such as electrical systems, water supply, drainage, air conditioning, gas systems, and other facility systems is an advantage.

Experience in coordinating with contractors or external service providers is a plus.

Able to use Microsoft Office and maintenance-related systems.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, service-minded, and able to manage multiple maintenance tasks effectively.

Knowledge of workplace safety and building maintenance standards is an advantage.
