Key responsibilities

• Execute/oversee planned maintenance according to Method of Statement and risk assessments

• Identify and report operational deficiencies; conduct routine inspections and repairs

• Support root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions

• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs during scheduled maintenance and equipment upgrad

Technical & Operational Skills

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in conducting Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting of critical equipment.

• Safety & Compliance: Thorough understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW) protocols, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments (RAMS).

• Tools & Systems: Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS / CAFM) and ticketing platforms.

• Create, update, and archive maintenance records, technical documentation, and operational logs to ensure compliance and completeness

Health and Safety

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in safety drills and training sessions.

• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Supervisor. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other shift technicians and support staff to ensure seamless shift transitions.

• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education Technical Diploma (in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Field Experience: >2 years of hands-on technical experience in Data Center operations, critical infrastructure management, commercial high-rise buildings, or industrial facilities.
