Location : Robinswood Golf Club, Lam Luk Ka Khlong 11, Pathum Thani

Key responsibilities:

• Support daily golf operations, member services, golf events, course presentation and coordination with Golf Operations team.

• Provide professional golf instructions and guidance to club members and guests.

• Deliver group golf instruction through CH3 Performance Golf Academy.

• Assist the Director of Instruction and coaching team with academy programs, junior development, member clinics and special events.

• Support player development through lesson planning, swing analysis, and performance coaching.

• Help develop and implement golf training programs, events and tournaments.

• Assist in creating a seamless and exceptional experience for members and guests.

• Act as a visible club ambassador and build strong relationships with members and visitors.

• Support marketing activities, content creation, brand promotion and academy program communication.

Qualifications

• Golf professional preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Golf Management, Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Business Administration or related fields.

• PGA Certification or equivalent certification will be an advantage.

• At least 3-5 years of professional golf coaching experience.

• Expereince in golf operations, hospitality, member services, or private club environments.

• Experience in event organization, player coaching, marketing, social media, content creation or brand promotion, will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of player development and golf instructions techniques.

• Comfortable representing the club in member events, marketing activities and public-facing engagement.

• Good command of English communication skills.

• Ability to balance operational responsibilities with coaching and player development.
