Working at Head Office (Nava Nakorn Phase4)

Responsibilities :-

  • Post main cash, petty cash, cash advance, cash settlement and cheque.
  • All bank account exclude SMBC current.
  • Detail accrued expense.
  • Verify Tax Invoice, Invoice, Job Budget both revenue and expenses account payable voucher.
  • Verify  and post Issue WHT Voucher.
  • Check WHT PND 3, 53 report.
  • Check job order.
  • Check and post debit note from branch.
  • Prepare WHT PND 3, 53 form & WHT payment voucher.
  • Prepare and booking accrue expense and reverse accrue expense for monthly.
  • Filing document after post G/L 
  • Other jobs as assign.


  • Female
  • Age 26-35 years above.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting only.
  • Experience in financial or accounting field (Staff 1-2 years , Assistant Chief 3-4 years , Chief 5 years up)
  • Knowledge in Tax, WHT, VAT
  • Strong Service mind and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with PC. (Microsoft excel, word, power point and Accounting Software)
  • Fair command of both written and spoken English.
