We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President – Property Management to lead the overall property management operations of one of Thailand's leading shopping centers. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring a safe and efficient environment, enhancing customer and tenant satisfaction, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.

• Lead and oversee all building operations, facility management, and support services to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, facility services, and equipment rental operations to support business operations and maximize revenue opportunities.

• Develop and implement risk management, safety, and emergency response strategies to minimize operational risks and incidents.

• Plan, control, and monitor operational budgets and expenses while managing subcontractor performance to achieve quality, cost, and service targets.

• Enhance service quality and customer experience by maintaining high satisfaction levels among both tenants (B2B) and shoppers (B2C), while proactively reducing service complaints.

• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional operational teams to ensure high-performance service delivery and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize operational performance and support the organization's strategic business goals.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in property management, facility management, building operations, or construction (horizontal and/or vertical developments).

• Experience in safety management, risk management, or emergency response planning is an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in shopping centers, mixed-use developments, commercial real estate, or large-scale properties will be highly preferred.
