Manufacturing Process Engineer (MPI)
Salary negotiable

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer (MPI) to support manufacturing operations, process optimization, new product introduction (NPI), and continuous improvement. The candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to improve productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up

  • Analyse and resolve manufacturing issues using Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)

  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives

  • Improve yield, OEE, cycle time, and production efficiency

  • Coordinate with Quality, Production, Suppliers, and Engineering teams to resolve process-related issues

  • Support process validation and manufacturing audits

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • 8–10 years of experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Automotive manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of NPI, Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis

  • Experience with ERP/MES systems is preferred

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with local and global team
