• Maintain customer information, purchase orders, forecasts, engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents.

• Review and compare purchase orders to identify changes in quantity, pricing, delivery schedules, part numbers, revisions, and commercial terms.

• Analyze order trends and report significant changes, risks, or capacity impacts to the sales team.

• Prepare customer data summaries, purchase order change reports, forecast analyses, and sales support reports.

• Control external customer documents in accordance with quality management system requirements.

• Maintain document master lists and ensure only the latest revisions are distributed and used.

• Receive, verify, manage, and convert 2D/3D engineering files for internal use.

• Verify part numbers, model names, file names, and revision levels before document distribution.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Production, and other related departments.

• Ensure confidentiality of customer commercial and technical information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• 2-5 years' experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Engineering Support, or related functions.

• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably Automotive, Plastic Injection, or Tooling industries.

• Knowledge of PO management, forecasting, document control, and CAD file handling is preferred.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Good Excel skills (PivotTable, XLOOKUP).

• Able to read basic engineering drawings and revision documents.

• English communication skills for business emails; Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
