Senior Pricing Manager

What to Expect: 

Our client is an automotive manufacturer focused on automotive parts with global operations headquartered in USA. It is the world's largest and dominate one-third of market share in its sector. This Business Planning & Pricing Manager is an individual contributor role that ensures good financial decision and drive financial improvement in all areas of business.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Being a key member of the global team.
  • To conduct business planning, product pricing and customer interface on all financial issues, including integration of product costing and engineering controlling before SOP and after SOP.
  • Being and experienced commercial finance person who can lead discussions with local finance and commercial teams in China, India, Thailand and South Africa.
  • To lead regional BFPP teams to gather and consolidate quote and financial information, to bridge quote and financial data between regions and to align data so that we provide consistent quotes to Ford for this global program.
  • To conduct detailed discussions with the customer to strategically defend and increase the program's profitability.
  • To bridge financial gaps to internal forecasts and CAR measurable.
  • Being flexible with his/her time as the global role dictates

Candidate Profile: 

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance or related field
  • Must have 5 years experiences thorough knowledge of project management methodologies & product costing methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead & navigate the discussion in English, being able to make presentations to executive leadership
  • Ability to work with various cross-functional teams including regional and international teams
  • A self-motivated team Player with excellent analytical, organizational, planning and analytical thinking with excellent negotiation and people management skills.
  • Must have experience with auto parts industry, seating is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Advance Excel.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail.
  • Good command of English writing and speaking skills.
