Location   :     Laemchabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi

Job Summary

      To process and manage the company’s payroll and perform daily payroll work, payment reconciliation, time attendance process, employee database, related payroll report, cost comparison target vs actual and also manage workflow to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Job Description

  • Attendant Management: - Policy, recording system (Finger scan and ID card scan), time edit, leave management, overtime review and approval, daily operation management.
  • Based Operating System: - Tiger system, Workday system, related IT system (SAP).
  • Payroll Management: - Salary, salary adjustment, promotion, allowance, benefit, welfare, rewards, severance pay, remaining vacation, Social Security Fund, compensation fund, handicap fund, provident fund, income tax and etc.
  • Employee Data Based Management: - Hiring, rotation, promotion, relocation, resignation, re-hiring, personal change and etc. - Managing employee profile and data based.
  • Communication: - To coordinate with outsource payroll company, banks, Revenue department and all users who may need information.
  • Performance appraisal management - Policy amendment, implementation, summary, proposal for approval.
  • Audit Management: - JSOX, HQ, internal audit, ISO9001 and etc.
  • Service: - Employment certificate, payroll slip, Twi-50 and etc.
  • Team Development: - Make annual operation plan for a team - Make learning and development plan for staffs - Setup job commitment and target (MBO) for staff including monitor and review.
  • Necessary Report: - Daily attendant report, weekly overtime result, monthly hiring and resignation report, monthly payroll report employee information sharing as required, quarterly operational improvement review.

Job Specification

  • Male / Female
  • 40-45 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (accounting background is preferable)
  • At least 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management (Compensation & Benefits management)
  • Advance in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure, good team player and good coordination skills
  • Good relationship and communication skill.
  • Be high responsibility and prompt to learn something new.
  • Good command in English.
