Job Summary

      To Manage and improves production efficiency and quality by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout for achieve company target (SQCDE). Responsible for policy and rules of quality management. Planning, Control and preparing reports about production processes.Responsible for manpower management.Operating in accordance with company policy and supervisory subordinate f to comply with the regulations of the company

Job Description

  • New model preparing such as Mold, JIG, Die, Tool, Equipment and New Machine.
  • Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
  • Production Equipment capacity planning and improvement.
  • Process guideline planning and Process change control.
  • Figure out how to manufacture parts or products with maximum efficiency.
  • Understand management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis.
  • Resolve production problems or minimize costs.
  • Work with superior to develop standards for design and production.
  • Involve for improve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Energy saving.
  • Utilizing New Technology for Production Tools, Equipment, Process and Material.
  • Preparation or setting condition for safety.
  • Support another division for ABP and LRBP.
  • Current and new equipment improvement.

Job Specification

  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor’s Degree or over in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Mechatronics)
  • At least 10 years of experience in production engineer
  • Experience in automotive field will be an advantage 
  • Computer literacy especially in MS office.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
  • Good Team Player and work well with all levels of employees
  • Excellent ability to manage time and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Leadership, Organizing Abilities and Interpersonal Skill and Teamwork
  • Skill and knowledge of Electric Control System, PLC. CNC and CAD familiar.
  • Knowledge of machine and equipment for support assembly line included the quality confirmation systems such as Pokayoke, Traceability and etc.
