Responsibility/Function/Role:

The functional consultants will ensure to final deliverables to customers in order to complete ERP projects in planned time and budget.

 Job description:

Professional tasks:

• Participate in customer requirement gathering, business analysis and run process workshops
• Participate in system design, configuration and data migration processes.
• Perform solution and product trainings for customer
• Prepares project internal and external documentations
• Receive and handle customer enquiries
• Support technical consultants on business issues
• Work together with Sales team to provide product demonstration as well as other pre-sales activities
• Guide & support customer in Testing and validating solutions.

Other organizational tasks:

• Participate in solution training and soft skill training courses when required
• Keep project managers well informed of project status
• Well organized and prioritized to strong follow project timeline
• Comply internal policies of the Firm

 The successful applicants should have:

• Graduated with relevant Business Degree (National Economics University, Finance & Banking Academy, Foreign Trade University, etc)
• Microsoft Certificate for Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX are advantage.
• Fluent in English
• Have experience on ERP software applications
• Good knowledge of Finance-Accounting/ Manufacturing is preferable
• Well organized, disciplined and able to perform under pressure;
• Being able to equally work in a team as well as independently
• Problem solving skills and proactive personality
• Motivated, self-paced individual, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills are required as our development staff frequently works directly with clients
