Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for purchasing in Construction Material or Furniture and etc. Category.
  • Processing schedule deliveries for materials.
  • Assuming the primary function of handling overseas purchasing processes, import processes, claim processes and related documentation.
  • Following up on the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, expediting any back-orders and communicating the status of orders to our internal team.
  • Dealing with any Thai FDA issues, TISI, and related cases.
  • Coordinate and response to all inquiries with our team and suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue document
  • (forecast, quotation, delivery schedule, PO, invoice etc.)


Qualification;

  • Thai Nationality Only & High passion in Purchasing Role.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3-4 years direct experience.
  • Very Good command in English.
  • Good proficiency in MS. Office.
