To maximise and drive sales and marketing performance for the Hotel. Align, communicate and drive actions through the business across all financial quarters. Implement and KPI all key accounts directly responsible for the hotel.
To implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets. All work is carried out in line with the hotels Standard Operating Procedures, the annual Business Plan and Cross Hotels and Resorts guidelines and service concepts.
Maintain an effective department as measured by the Balance Scorecard in the four key areas: Customer, People, Quality, Profit. Leads the development and execution of strategic Sales and Plans and initiatives that maximize profitability for the hotel in order to achieve budget, revenue and market share targets.
