Position:            Sales Export (Asia) - Chinese Speaking

Work location:    Samut Sakhon

Responsibility:

1. Sales & Customer Management

Receive and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy of product specifications, pricing, and commercial terms.

Manage overseas customers across Asian markets such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.

Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve assigned targets.

Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions within company guidelines.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and actively develop new customers and markets.

2. Internal Coordination

Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure timely export shipments in accordance with OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.

Coordinate with the Production team to plan manufacturing schedules and manage inventory levels.

Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure timely export shipments in accordance with OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.

Liaise with QA/QC teams to manage and resolve quality-related customer complaints.

Track shipment status and proactively update customers on delivery progress.

Work closely with R&D to support product development and customization initiatives.

3. Analysis & Reporting

Provide market insights and sales data to management to support decision-making.

Prepare monthly sales reports and annual sales targets.

Analyze order trends and customer buying behavior.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export sales within the seafood or frozen food industry

Strong command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage

Basic knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures
Strong negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills

Willingness and ability to travel overseas

Basic ability to read, write, and speak Chinese is a strong advantage

1) Work location base at Thai Union’s Shrimp Plant/ Okeanos Food, Samut Sakhon.
