Redwood Development is looking for an Estate Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our villa community, Community Center and Sales Office.

The role will act as the main point of contact between Redwood Development and Management company, as well as coordinate contractors, security, gardeners, cleaners, technicians and other service providers.

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the villa community and common areas.

• Coordinate with Management company on all property management matters.

• Conduct regular inspections of roads, lighting, drainage, landscaping and engineering systems.

• Monitor cleanliness, appearance and technical condition of the property.

• Coordinate security, gardeners, cleaners, waste collection, pest control and other contractors.

• Assign and control tasks of the in-house technician.

• Track maintenance requests, defects and emergency issues.

• Coordinate maintenance of private villas, including AC, pools, gardens, plumbing, electrical works and minor repairs.

• Check the quality and completion of contractor works.

• Coordinate warranty defects with the construction team.

• Verify completed works and supporting documents before submission to Accounting.

• Support preparation of the operating and maintenance budget.

• Experience in property management, facility management, condominium, villa, hotel or residential operations.

• Working English.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Basic understanding of property maintenance and engineering systems.

• Responsible, proactive and comfortable working on-site.

Technical or engineering education is an advantage.

• Salary: THB 45,000–55,000/month, depending on experience.

• Full-time position with a growing real estate development company.
