Job Scope;

Responsible for organizing and coordination the Academy operations in administrative tasks, ensuring academy database and record in good order and up to date, overseeing and controlling the Academy expenses.


  • Good English language skills
  • Systematic and organized
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented
  • Detailed knowledge of working practices in office management and administration
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to cope with pressure
  • Ability to influence professionals of senior management level
  • Ability to use Windows – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Positive mindset and team player
  • Hard-working, able to withstand a very fast paced working environment
  • Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
  • Understanding of large, multi-cultural organizations
  • Able to work in Phuket
