Export Sales Manager


  • Develop and manage sales volume and distribution presence internationally
  • Prepare yearly sales forecasts, sales strategy, marketing budgets, sales promotions budgets, and a variety of other budgets. Control their successful implementation 
  • Take part in the development of the product portfolio (both import and in-house brands)
  • Implement best practices across all clients and generate brand interest from users with the distributors sales team  
  • Represent the brand to customers in order to increase awareness, create a specific image, generate sales opportunities and build customer preference 
  • Establish and maintain good and strong relationships with existing clients and potential clients across all markets
  • Maintain the highest client satisfaction throughout all channels from users to back office teams, logistics, and accounting teams
  • Develop clients’ knowledge and lead client training
  • Prepare and manage all types of events (exhibitions, promo actions, client presentations, product training…)
  • Manage and develop distributor sales team and animate sales operations for the brand
  • Continuous assessment, improvement and control of sales operations and processes 
  • Control sales support and admin to ensure timely customer payments and cash inflows, and reporting
  • Set up reporting system and perform recurrent reports 
  • Inventory management
  • Ensure that distribution and logistics are smooth, timely and cost efficient
  • Maintain and develop sales materials and current product knowledge with sales team and marketing team
  • Fulfil other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Strong spirit sales and distribution experience required / Export experience is a plus
  • Experience with B2B and B2C sales
  • Managerial experience in sales and distribution
  • Strong international background
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Other languages appreciated
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, effective and clear communication skills, both oral and written
  • Highly responsible, accountable, result oriented, highly motivated, pro-active, service minded, enthusiastic, outgoing, hardworking, and curious
  • Able to work independently, as part of the team, able to handle numerous details and interactions with customers, team members, suppliers each day
  • Able to work under pressure and ready for late work hours
  • 30 to 40 years of age
