Purchasing / Admin Officer/เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ / ธุรการ
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for products management in terms of assortment, price, sales volume and inventory.
  • Review purchasing agreements with vendors
  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications
  • Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers
  • Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analysing, and summarising
  • Accomplishes purchasing and organisation mission
  • Negotiate with supplier for getting the best offer in Product, Promotion, other income and profit.
  • Build and maintain relation with suppliers and cross functional party. 
  • Any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business
  • Report to Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • 1-2 years working experience in Purchasing is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven history of effective supply management
  • Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
  • Fair English
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Work well under pressure
  • Computer skill (Excel, Word)
  • Have Driving License
