Salary:                                 up to 90,000 THB/month


  • Development and implementation of strategies for each customer aligning with Company's business objectives such as sales, revenue, gross margin, and 4Ps)
  • Establish good relationship with customers and maintain, and make it stronger for long term servicing
  • Accountable for strategies, customer engagements, promotions, and cross functional engagements (trade marketing, logistics.) to complete the full scope of service to customers as Company
  • Always be conscious and work strategically toward achieving objectives set for each customer (ex. "Objectives" such as net revenue, 4Ps, gross margin) be assigned to few key customers and build and strengthen the partnership through understanding their business, requests by regular communications
  • Create strategical pricing and promotion plans (including trade budget management, range and space optimization) for each customer and execute those plans accordingly
  • Manage and coordinate the negotiating requests in order to make Company’s commercial strategies and customers trading terms align
  • Manage and implement ongoing projects of category strategy for each customer via trade marketing
  • Develop and support customers new products launches and lead to successful launch and execution
  • Analyze and assess the current process and/or management of customers, opportunities, profitability etc. and prepare improvement plans and continuously execute
  • Ensure to secure growth of net revenue, gross margin of customer and more as assigned


  • Male or Female (30-35 Years old)
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related
  • 3 -5 + years' experience as Key Account Management in FMCG Industry
  • Product: Best - **home hygiene products** / 2nd Best - healthcare, life science or other products that share similar channel (non-food)
  • proven record of Sales Management experience for large/major Retail Companies in Thailand
  • experience of making influential presentation to senior management (decision makers/stakeholders)
  • managing Sales team
  • English: fluent and smooth enough to discuss with Regional or non-Thai stakeholders
  • Understanding of Modern Trade Landscape
  • Advantage to have Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance (504621)


  • SIP plan around 400K per year (if achieve target)
  • Car allowance: THB17,000
  • OPD/ IPD, Life Insurance
  • Provident Fund: venting period 3 years (10% for both employer and employee)
