Area Sales
  • Encourage dealers to buy tractors in whole sales to be adequate for their retail sales in order to meet sales target

  • Encourage dealers in selling tractors to reach sales aimed so that they will get reasonable return on sales. Moreover, this reveals chance to enlarge our business

  • Give counsel to dealers and support them to develop plan and direction to reach their goal corresponding to our policies

  • Support dealers in preparing their annual plan and constantly inspect their progress

  • Suggest and specify dealers’ monthly, quarterly and annually sales target

  • Examine and track dealers’ retail sales and tractor stock balance

  • Support dealers in developing their standard to meet 3S standardization required by our company

  • Give specific suggestion of process improvement to dealers that being under the standard

  • Regularly visit dealers at least once a month, exchange opinion, listen to their problems and give them suitable support as much as we can

  • Coordinate and build positive relationships among area sales manager, dealers and customers

  • Support dealers in developing and building highly customer satisfaction to impress customers with sales, parts and service

  • Oversee dealers’ general process, making sure that sales location and facilities are always in 3S standardization agreement

  • Search for potential people or companies and invite them to be our dealers in order to open new channel and create more chance in our sales

  • Promote image and reputation of New Holland to be more and more well-known

  • Follow-up dealer payment and collect dealer monthly payment of tractor, not to be overdue

  • Ensure that dealers receive sales promotion relate to promotion declared

  • Ensure that dealers receive reimbursement of marketing promotion after finishing marketing activities




  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Machinery

  • More than 4 years experiencing in tractors

  • Having knowledge of tractors, tractor implements, dealers and related outside sectors

  • Be able to describe type, quality, characteristic, benefit and appropriate uses of tractors

  • Strong interpersonal, service minded and communication skills in coordinating with dealers and related sectors

  • Skilled in work planning and prioritizing

  • Good at calculation and basic computer use

  • Be able to drive car

  • Be able to drive tractor and know basic of tractor use

  • Good English, both oral & written and Thai is welcome
