Head of Demand Planning - AP Aviation

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Implement a robust demand planning process/solution and achieve demand KPIs. Examines forecasting, which involves predictive analysis of revenue, cost and resource allocation needs
  • Analyze bottle up the forecast from sales team using analytics, historical sales, New Product development timeline, and identify rolling forecast 18 months by SKU level by customer. Review Tire Pool analysis for the contractual customers on a monthly basis
  • Lead weekly meetings with supply chain team to ensure MTS sales are on track. Any foreseen issues need to be raised quickly.
  • Ability to translate business strategy to a desired level of granularity and work with finance and sales team to improve gross margin 
  • Provide direct analytical support and reports for the demand planning related.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related degree, Master Degree is a plus
  • At least 10 years experiences in Supply Chain field in  a multi-national company
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service and communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge in inventory management, demand/supply planning, and customer service
  • Must be proficient in local and English languages
