Job Descriptions:

  • Production Planning: Plan manpower, machinery, and layouts to support monthly production plans and achieve established targets.

  • Efficiency & Cycle Time: Continuously analyze and improve cycle times and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

  • Technical Support: Design jigs & fixtures and cutting tools, and perform CNC programming.

  • Cost & Scrap Control: Monitor and improve machining process quality to reduce waste costs arising from technical issues.

  • People Development: Develop the skills of technicians and production staff, while overseeing workplace safety in operational processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing).

  • New graduates interested in Process Engineering or Production Control are welcome.

  • Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of CNC programming and design using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

  • Good command of English and a strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
