About the role
Division Sale position responsible for managing sales performance of structural products according to company targets.
Key responsibilities
Manage sales performance of structural products according to company-defined targets
Plan and manage activities to boost sales both within and outside the branch
Contact and build relationships with regular customers for continuous sales
Oversee and manage work within the responsible department
Motivate employees within the department
Work according to company policy and communicate effectively
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
About you
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience: Sales manager (retail business) with 4 years or more
Knowledge of construction materials and products
Team management skills
Passion for service work and ability to work well under pressure
