Area Retail Manager - Fashion Retail [Up to 140K] - Bangna

Client business: Fashion clothing and stationery brands.

Location: Mega BangNa

Work Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 19:00 PM)

Bonus: Performance Bonus

Job descriptions:

  • Lead, manage and develop all Store Managers and team members within responsible area/s to achieve sales and KPI targets; and to ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, brand DNA, core values and established policies and procedures.
  • Manage rostering and wage control:  payroll reports accurately completed within company deadlines.
  • Manage recruitment within designated region ensuring that positions are filled at tall times. Conduct entry and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with Store Visual Merchandising team to ensure all stores within area are aligned with current Visual Merchandising of company guidelines.
  • Team development needs are met through employee development plans conducted annually for all team members within designated area.
  • Ensure correct procedures are followed in cases of performance management in accordance with Human Resources guidelines.
  • Ensure that stock is at correct levels within your region to achieve sales and KPI targets and teams complete SQLs weekly.
  • Maintain strong relationship and communication channels with internal and external teams.
  • Loss Prevention checklists and audits completed across all designated areas following group Loss Prevention policies and procedures through team training and development.
  • Oversee and manage teams to execute new store set up and closures.
  • Constantly think and design the efficient operation and lead the projects when necessary
  • Understand deeply the Brand's DNA to display leadership qualities that reflect the philosophy and values of Cotton On Group.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, marketing or related fields.
  • 5+ years’ experience in retail fashion ideally gained in either clothing or footwear market.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager of a flagship store or 1 year as an Area Manager (6+ stores)
  • Experience of people management and people development with achievements
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI's.
  • Fluent command in English (reporting to foreign country is expected)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
  • Travel may be required for this role (after COVID 19)
  • Own a car with valid driver’s license
