Marketing Planning & Strategy Manager

Your Mission 

Marketing Planning & Strategy Manager is a challenging role that provides an opportunity for you to build your own team and grow our client’s businesses in multiple industries. You will get to see the total picture of the business, marketing media optimizing (AdWords, Facebook, CRM, SEO, Retargeting, etc.), marketing technical process (Tag manager, data analytics etc.) and deliver beyond impressions and clicks and getting deep into anything that helps drive sales including promotion strategy or website optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage 6-10+ clients by ensuring that clients are satisfied with our services, performance and relationship
  • Consult and grow client’s businesses by developing data-driven sound online marketing strategies and media plans that meet business objectives, as well as suggest best practices to clients to have a best-in-class eCommerce website
  • Constantly come up with initiatives to improve clients’ performance and reach the targets
  • Manage client expectations by clearly indicating KPIs/goals and scope of work of each project, and all possible issues that could happen, as well as the recovery measure and prevention plan
  • Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics of all accounts closely throughout the month
  • Provide mentorship to 2-6 junior or senior Marketing Planning & Strategy Analysts
  • Manage resources by hiring, onboarding and laying out plans/programs to train and retain junior or senior project managers
  • Improve the effectiveness of work process between team and clients by removing inefficient processes and introducing methods or tools that reduce time in completing each task.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the revenue of existing clients, and support Sales Team in pitching and follow up on new clients

Key Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing or consulting roles such as Digital Media Planning, Account Management or Project Management
  • In-depth knowledge in Google Analytics and have a deep understanding of online marketing media channels
  • Understand eCommerce business models/trends in Thailand and understand advertising ecosystems to be able to provide consulting to clients.
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects quickly and efficiently
  • Analytical, comfortable to work with data and analyze it to find insights and come up with next steps
  • Good communication and presentation skill, able to keep every stakeholder aligned and updated
  • Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Had at least 1 year leading a team
