1. In charge of country business (Thailand) with the key responsibilities to develop country distribution network covering specialty retail outlets, B2B customers, department stores and online business.
2. Develop and execute business strategies from planning, formulating country business strategies as well as sales and marketing activities, setting business related KPIs (targets, objectives etc.), and exploring market opportunities.
3. Provide business information and analysis to reflect the market and customer situation to management and marketing department regarding the market trend and consumer behavior.
4. Drive the consumer campaigns to stimulate sales and create brand awareness.
5. Management of sales and administration teams to ensure the teams deliver business objectives and KPIs as well as achieve highest possible customer’s satisfactions.
6. Involve in periodically sales planning which includes stocks management, forecast, markets and customer development.
