R&D and Culinary - AGM

Job Scope

  • To provide R&D and culinary leadership, management, using expertise that provides for the development of differentiating food products that drive our company and customer success. 
  • Business Development : Support Global Food Service Director /Culinary Director to sale all category in business unit of TU and Affiliates both domestically and internationally.
  • Operating Budget : Accountability for delivering the budgeted sales revenues and gross margin targets for the business.
  • Expense Budget :  Responsible for the overall R&D expense budget (amt. varies annually but includes general expenses ingredient & non-ingredient, associations, personal travel and meal/entertainment)
  • Support and Coordinate for all Product Development Function with related departments before it becomes commercial. 

Job purpose

  • To set and implement R&D strategies, policies, frameworks and processes, and to ensure our people have the right capabilities and skills, to support delivery.
  • Delivering benefits of economies of scale and alignment with common policies, processes, systems tools and techniques by ensuring harmonization consistent application and ongoing adherence in all parts of the business.
  • Leveraging expertise team delivery and providing leadership of expert content areas on behalf of the function
  • Developing overall functional and people capabilities.
  •  Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Home Economics, Food Science and Nutrition Food Science / Technology, Food / Agriculture, Fishery, Culinary or related fields.
    • Minimum 12 years experience for product development in Food industry or related products
    • Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.


    Work Location :

    • Mahachai Plant Samutsakorn province 
    • Working hours : 8:00 - 5:00 p.m
    • Working day : Mon - Fri and every other Sat
