Sales & Marketing (Chinese Speaking)

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute all sales activities for snack products, understand company objectives, cooperate on marketing campaign with distributors/customers and maintain up to date information of the markets to ensure achievement of export sales target.
  • Prepare, execute, monitor, analyze and report of marketing plan for assigned regions in accordance with export sales target.
  • Provide timely sales report with in-depth analysis, suggestions, solutions to overcome challenges to achieve export sales target.
  • Provide effective communication and cooperation with customers and internal departments on sales order from purchase order receiving until successful shipment.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships and cooperate with clients to achieve sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same.
  • Cooperate with Research and Development team for new product development starting from idea creation until successful product launching.
  • Search, screen, analyze, target and execute for market expansion opportunities.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in snack products, FMCG or export field.
  • Seek challenges and have passion for sales and marketing.
  • Good command of English and Chinese in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Excellent communication, dynamic, proactive with creativity thinking, team leadership and positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to travel oversea time to time.
  • Good computer literacy; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Work Condition

  • Working day:  Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 08.30 a.m. – 05.30 p.m.
