As the Service Transport Manager of our Thailand branch, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 16 people, across all aspects of our service delivery team. A fleet of 11 Delivery vehicles, 2 delivery supervisors and 14 delivery drivers. Reporting to the Branch General Manager you will be critical to the financial success and growth of our business.
Adept at leading a team who are largely off-site servicing customers for the majority of the week you’ll be able to delegate tasks and communicate effectively and efficiently to ensure our Customers are receiving the highest level of service at all times. You’ll work with your colleagues in Sales, Service Account Managers and Production to ensure that changes to existing customer accounts are implemented smoothly and new customers are welcomed to our service in a manner that ensures longevity and future potential growth.
Focussed on safety and high performance you will be experienced at ensuring that your team are always working to the required standard and operating safely. To support your team, you’ll be used to seeing where process and procedure can be improved to make their day safer, easier and the running of your Service department as effective and cost efficient as possible.
