About the role

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking SHEQ Manager to lead and continuously enhance our safety, health, environmental, and quality management systems across all facilities and transport operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Management team, you will shape corporate safety policies, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and champion a zero-harm safety culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute annual SHEQ master plans, setting safety KPIs, and cultivating a proactive safety mindset across all business units

• Establish and standardize high-level transport safety protocols, including Defensive Driving programs, Cargo Handling, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety, and emergency response frameworks

• Lead comprehensive risk assessments across supply chain workflows, transport routes, fleet operations, and warehouse facilities

• Oversee full compliance with Thai occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and coordinate workplace environmental monitoring

• Maintain and audit integrated management systems in line with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 39001, ISO 9001, and GMP/HACCP)

• Direct incident investigation teams, analyze root causes (RCA), and deliver preventive action strategies to senior management

• Oversee safety development programs for operational teams, drivers, and external contractors to build continuous safety capability

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

• Certified Professional Safety Officer (จป. วิชาชีพ) is mandatory under Thai legal requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SHEQ experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within Logistics, Road Transportation, Freight, or Supply Chain industries

• Deep understanding of Road Transport Safety Management, fleet operations, and commercial traffic laws

• Practical knowledge of ISO 39001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and relevant quality/food safety standards (GMP/HACCP)

• Strong strategic planning, data-driven analytical skills, operational agility, and executive presentation capabilities

• Good command of spoken and written English
