Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will responsible for administrative and clerical support of the office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office facilities, equipment and stationary 
  • Generate and issue purchase requisition and good received note
  • Handle filing system both electronic and hard copy
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings arrangement

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor degree in administration or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in administrative role.
  • Good communication skills both Thai and English.
  • Ability to perform multiple-task assignments 
  • Good computer skills
