Responsibilities

• To support all technical work for sales activities.

• Coordinate with factories for order work

• Check and revise calculation sheet.

• Arranging the general project meeting with the client

• Presentation to the client.

• Issue technical inquiry to factory.

• Issue quotation inquiry.

• Review contract.

• Calculate power consumption.

• Review and prepare material approval.

• Review tender for general project.

• Make compliance specification.

• Support technical data for designer, consultant and developer.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree or similar qualification within in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.

• Communicates well in English (TOEIC score greater than 500 point).

• Good communication in both Thai and English.

• Chinese language is preferable.

• Exempted through Military.

• No criminal record.

• 1-3 years of experience in BMS, automation, or control systems.

• Experience with Niagara Framework or other BMS platforms is preferable.

• Technical Skills

       -Basic Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, MQTT for system integration is plus

       -Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or SQL for BMS customization.

•  Network & System Integration

        -Understanding of basic IP Networking, Firewalls, VPNs, and BMS solutions.

        -Ability to configure and integrate third-party devices into BMS platforms.

• Problem-Solving & Communication

         -Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for BMS systems.

        -Ability to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and IT teams.
