Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell properties through online platforms

  • Engage with customers via chats to provide property information and close sales

  • Follow up with customers, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships

  • Track and report daily sales performance to ensure targets are met

  • Support additional tasks as assigned to enhance overall sales operations

About you

  • Must be able to work 6 days per week

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven experience in sales admin, coaching or a similar role

  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets

  • Excellent communication skills—confident, engaging, and customer-focused

  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

  • Good communication skills with Thai, English, Mandarin or Russian language; ability to use at least 2 languages for work

  • Previous sales experience from real estate/property industry is preferred but not required
