Job Summary
The Operations Control Center (OCC) Officer is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling daily flight operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time performance. As the airline's operational coordination center, this role maintains continuous communication with Flight Crew, Flight Dispatch, Maintenance Control Center (MCC), Ground Handling Agents (GHA), Customers, Airports and Regulatory Authorities to ensure smooth and compliant operations for both scheduled and charter cargo flights.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control daily flight operations to ensure operational safety, efficiency, and on-time performance (OTP).
Coordinate with Flight Crew, Flight Dispatch, MCC, GHA, Customers, Airports, and Air Traffic Service Providers throughout all phases of flight.
Monitor aircraft movements, turnaround activities, flight progress, and operational status.
Coordinate aircraft parking bays, airport slots, flight permits, aircraft assignments, and schedule changes.
Manage and communicate operational information, including flight movements, delays, diversions, cancellations, and aircraft recovery plans.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, including OTP, delay analysis, fuel data, cargo information, aircraft movements, and regulatory reports.
Update operational systems (LEON, SITA, Flight Tracking Systems, and other company platforms) with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate irregular operations aircraft diversions, technical delays, weather disruptions, and contingency actions.
Support Emergency Response Plan (ERP) activation and maintain effective operational communication during emergency situations.
Ensure operational documents are complete, accurate, and submitted in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Air Transport Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Airline OCC, Flight Dispatch, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Airport Operations, or related aviation fields. (Fresh graduates with strong aviation knowledge are welcome to apply.)
Good command of written and spoken English.
TOEIC score of 550 or above will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and public holidays.
Able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced operational environment
Ability to Prioritize Multiple Tasks
