Project Manager - Program Management Office

National ITMX (Interbank Transaction Management and Exchangeis a private company founded by cooperation of Thais Bank to create and provide the national core infrastructure electronics payment to support electronic commerce, payment systems and interbank transaction. We offer ranges of services such as PromptPay, Single and Bulk payment, ATM, Local switching, National Single Bank gateway, Card fraud monitoring & detections services, Cross border transactions and the national core infrastructure and network to supports all Thai banks for all interbank transactions.

We are looking for highly talents, to join our team in the position of Project Management. As a Project Manager, you will be leading project delivery and manage stakeholders such as Technical Delivery team, Banks in Thailand and Vendors.

The best practices for project management such as project kick off meetings; defining project scope; facilitating technical, operational and/or business requirements of our clients, developing high level/detailed project plans; managing concurrent projects and recognizing their interdependencies; tracking/managing projects to successful completion; working with external vendors and monitoring their progress; communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders; providing leadership to team members; maintaining project documentation and implementation of process.

Job Descriptions

  • Handle projects of payment industry and collaborate with project stakeholders such as Business,
  • Technical, Operation Team and external parties such as Thailand banks, BOT, Vendors, Asia Pacific Hubs and Member Banks.
  • End-to-end project management with internal/external stakeholders during project life cycle (Feasibility, Planning, Direct and Manage Project, Monitoring and Controlling, Project Closure) to meet expectations within timeline, quality and budget.
  • Coordinate with projects key stakeholders for project follow up and tracking for ensure project meet the timeline.
  • Ensure satisfaction/alignment of communication through projects stakeholders especially customers.
  • Lead the project team in participation for identify project qualities, project risks, mitigation project risk and solving project issues. Be able to work independently on large size or complex projects/solutions and provide guidance to project team members.
  • Problem solving on immediate matters, manage external parties expectation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Integrate a project management plan to monitor and track progress

As a Project Manager: Program Management Office

  • Knowing what we are going to deliver for project, program and portfolio management.
  • Knowing what we are in concern and what we are going to escalate to company management committee.
  • Knowing and realize PMO framework to be able to assist/drive projects.


  • Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering or Related.
  • Minimum 5-8years experiences in project management in banking and finance service industry.
  • Good understanding of interbank transaction and payment system applications is would be advantage.
  • Experience in managing business and application stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independent and to work under pressure.
  • Discipline, Analytical with problem solving skills and result oriented.
  • Mature, patience, good interpersonal, communication and service minded.
  • Have PMP certification is would be advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Having Agile or Kanban or Scrum knowledge and related tools such as JIRA will be plus.
