Program Manager (ERP Implementation - Finance Module)
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical and mechanical motion control equipment. To support their overall business plan, the company is now looking for a Program Manager (Finance Module).

Job Description:
  • Implementing ERP system conversions and ensuring of the correct data transfer from the old system to the new system, and maintaining the normal operations.
  • Working with the team and making sure the new ERP system is launched on time and successfully.
  • Maintaining and compiling data for the preparation of operating reviews. Implementing financial plans and policies. Partnering with business or process managers to continuously improve strategies and drive business results.
  • Liaising with the Regional IT team regarding the implementing of the ERP system.
  • Developing and implementing business polices in coordination with other departments.
  • Implementing processes and controls to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate accounting standards/policies.
 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • At least 7 years of experience in overall finance and accounting functions.
  • Having experience as a Project Manager in implementing an ERP system.
  • Experience in Oracle / SAP/ ERP is a must.
  • Good communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
