Customer Service Officer

Reporting To : Customer Service Supervisor
Based at Bangkok office: Bangpood, Pakkred

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely data entry of 3rd party customer quotations and sales order and creation of invoices for local, rgional and global intercompany distribution.
  • Daily liaison with commercial team and the relevant operations departments interlinked with the factory.
  • Compliance to standard operating procedures for IAQ intercompany invoicing process & order entry timeline process.
  • Coordinate of activities with freight management services for delivery of Asian 3rd party shipments and global intercompany shipment ex Thailand and USA.
  • Coordinate of activities with regulatory affairs deparement to ensure timely provision of accurate documentation for exportation proposes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into SAP system and facilitate daily update of the pending sales orders report for commercial management team.


  • Bachelor Degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working within a customer service or administration of order entry.
  • Experience in using SAP systems / data entry is an advantage
  • Experience in feed or food industry an advantage
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite

Working Hours : Monday – Friday ; 8.30-17.30
