Assistant Media Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives and Sales Manager.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Deal with some major customer.
  • Assists Sales Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Organizing incentives, commission schemes and competitions.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • To perform special tasks and projects as assigned by Department Head, Senior Manager - Media

 

We are looking for :

  • As least 5 years’ experience in Advertising/ Media sales especially Out of Home
  • Experience with sales team management is a must
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good personality and human relationship
