Vice President - Sales Management & Renewal (Group Insurance)

Responsibilities:-

  • Being able to drive business growth with profit.
  • Analyzing group insurance performance and enhance business quality.
  • Working with Direct Sales and Broker Sales to create relationship with prospective partners to launch and implement projects.
  • Maintaining the adherence and delivery of committed service level agreement for existing customers & partners.
  • Working with Broker team and Direct team to achieve business plan.
  • Approaching to vertical partners and targeted clients to deliver sales target.
  • Providing leadership direction to the teams and coach them in delivering their outputs.
  • Being able to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.
  • Supporting and understanding customers needs and anticipate their future requirements.
  • Overseeing data quality and data integrity across the business, including defining the criteria for current and future systems for data cleansing.
  • Supporting all team members for renewal procedure to achieve renewal target.
  • Managing and identify process/sales activities to achieve set targets for partners.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree.
  • At least 5 years experience in management level of group insurance business.
  • Good knowledge in Life & Non-life insurance industry.
  • Proficient in sales/marketing and/ or campaign management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive thinking with confident and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skill.
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure.
  • Having negotiation skill.
  • Good English skill.
