Operational Risk Management Officer (BCM)

Operational Risk Management

  • Develop and implement operational risk management framework and related policies to comply with OIC (Office of Insurance Commission) requirements and related regulations
  • Arrange workshop for department/division heads to understand operational risk management tools and embedded operational risk management in organization
  • Implement and monitor operational risk management tools for business units throughout the organization
  • Aggregate all risks and provide operational risk management reports to senior management, Operational Risk Management Committee
  • Develop template and database of operational risk management
  • Research in operational risk management methodology

Business Continuity Management

  • Develop and implement business continuity management system based on international standard (ISO 22301)
  • Implement systematic business continuity management and continuous improvement to ensure that critical business function can be proceed during time of disruption
  • Take a proactive approach to minimize the impact of incidents & downtime and improve recovery time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Statistic, Finance or related fields
  • At least 1-2 years of experiences (at least 2 years for BCM) and experience in Risk Management or BCM is preferable
  • Logical thinking & analytical skills are a must
  • Be able to work under pressure, take a lead role in project, managing planning and implementation, effectively work independently as well as a team
  • Requires enthusiastic, active and service-minded with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English
  • Professional certification in relevant industry is a plus
