Understand customer business requirement, market challenges, decision making process, develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers.
Work with customer to understand demand forecast on best case&most likely order volumes, ordering frequency over relevant time periods. Keep detailed notes on customer interactions.
Provide feedback to resource planning on demand forecast, market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.
Drive the entire order cycle from order receiving to shipment to ensure that received orders have been timely managed and having visibility of the work in progress with updated status be communicated across all logistic nodes and meet the target schedule.
Work with related teams to pro-actively address problems and timeline anticipated to be resolved to meet customer’s expectation.
Maintain good product knowledge, supply chain management and business process in order to have meaningful conversations with customers.
Have at least 2years’ experience managing accounts’ relationships in B2B market, manufacturing industry, preferably in multinational organization.
Have good knowledge of business essentials and hands-on experience in growing accounts retention.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks, efficiently working independently and collaboratively and result-driven to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated effective communication skill. Good command of English and any other foreign languages. Gained TOEIC score above 650 or similar English proficiency test result.
Be flexible and react quickly to changing business conditions.
