Team Assistant

Job Summary :

Provide assistance to Regional Supply Chain Department for data analysis and report creation tasks as well as perform clerical and administrative support for the team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist Regional Supply Chain team in collecting and analyzing data as well as creating/distributing reports and presentations for meetings
  • Use content management systems to maintain and update internal databases on intranet for Regional Supply Chain Department
  • Coordinate and arrange meeting agenda and schedule with colleagues in APAC
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Make travel arrangements such as Oversea travel requisition (OTR) form, Air ticket, visa and etc.
  • Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel, accommodation and transportation
  • Initiate and process check requests, expense advances and reports, and other requisitions to pay bills, clear expenses, order supplies, support meetings, etc.
  • Arrange in-house events, prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, and other meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirement/Specification :

Education        :    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
Experience       :    1 – 5 years
Age                 :    Open
Others             :    as follows

  • Possess structure approach in solving problems and demonstrate good analytical skill
  • Comfortably and effectively work with numbers and computer systems (Microsoft office suites, content management system, SAP and etc)
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Good command in English
