Business Support Director/Center Director

This position is responsible for developing the necessary process flows, procedures, and infrastructure to maintain a highly effective and cost efficient operational model.

Kay Roles : To management team of Business Support ( Community Support , Concierge , Room, House keeping , Engineering , Wellness (Yoga, Fitness,Massage) and nurse)

Preferred Background :  Business Support / operation from Medical industry (Hospital , Medical Institute )

The role is also responsible for coordinating activity with all internal departments including clinical, medical, sales and marketing etc

Job Description

  • Ensuring Effective Operations: All the processes are to run smoothly since admissions
  • Managing Staff: Center Director supervises and evaluates facility staff
  • Ensuring Safety: To protect clients, Center Director performs risk management to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the facility.
  • Maintaining Financial Stability: Because Center Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility, Center Director must secure the financial stability of the facility: setting the budget and controlling the budget.
  • Preserving Facility Integrity: To ensure client satisfaction, Center Director cultivates an efficient, peaceful, and safe environment.
  • Process Improvement: Center Director researches new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency, as well as sourcing consulting, maintenance, and contracting services.
  • Communicating with Personnel: By fostering strong communication across medical staff and non-medical staff, Center Director creates an efficient work environment.
  • Assessing Problems: Center Director must be able to make decisions to resolve crisis and problems quickly.
  • Managing Policy: Center Directors enforces policies and oversee the staffs’ compliance to policies.
  • Working Hours: 0900-1800 including one hour for lunch. Center Director may also be required to perform such overtime including weekends as may be reasonably required by the Company in order for Center Director to properly perform his duties. The salary fully compensates for all hours worked.

Qualification

  • Minimum BA/BS; MBA will be a plus
  • Background in healthcare will be a plus
  • Excellent command of English
  • Must demonstrate leadership ability and team building skills to effectively supervise professional and non-professional staff and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure success of unit team.
  • Ability to effectively exchange information, in verbal or written form, by sharing ideas, reporting facts and other information, responding to questions, and employing active listening techniques.
  • Ability to effectively present budgetary and/or cost information, and respond to questions as appropriate.
  • Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Information technology skills.
