Internal Audit Manager


  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies.
  • Direct activities of personnel engaged in a filing, recording, compiling and transmitting financial records.
  • Report to management and Audit committee about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
  • Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data flowcharts etc.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's results and document process
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
  • Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc
  • Complete audit project as a time frame
  • Draft audit report and recommendation
  • Others support as request by Audit Committee


  • Bachelor's degree and/or master degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
  • At least 5 years in Internal Audit and or External Audit in the Insurance industry
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Good command in English and computer literacy in MS Office
