About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant Chief / Chief to join our Sales Department (NVSL) at our Navanakorn Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for key account management, driving business expansion with existing and potential clients, preparing freight & cost quotations, and coordinating closely with operational teams to deliver top-tier logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Expand business and increase revenue from existing clients (target: 6 companies/year) while identifying new project opportunities

• Prepare, verify, and submit freight & cost quotations to clients based on their requirements

• Conduct client visits (both new and existing), prepare detailed visitation reports, and maintain updated customer databases

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams to ensure smooth logistics and warehouse execution

• Prepare presentation materials, update weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports, keep minutes of sales meetings, and support ISO audit document preparation

• Perform additional duties assigned by management under regulatory and company compliance standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management. Direct experience in Logistics & Warehouse operations is required.

• Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong presentation skills. (Knowledge of Chinese is a strong plus).

• Technical Skills: Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Licenses: Valid Driver's License.
