The incumbent is to source, acquire new business partners both financial and non-financial institutions, driving business diversification including the development of new distribution channels within CIGNA in Thailand. This person will also be able to identify potential prospect partners with strategic thinking approach, building a solid BD pipeline, having a basic understanding of end-to-end business development process with execution capabilities including responsible for project implementation to ensure the campaign launch within the target timeline
The incumbent needs to achieve an annual sales target as set also expected to contribute to the strategic direction of the company including involvement and participate in new business and growth initiatives. In achieving this purpose, CIGNA’s competitive position in the market place and reputation is enhanced thus contributing to profitable and sustainable growth.
