Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and lead a world-class marketing team that will target SME’s and large companies globally
  • Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to provide a marketing and brand strategy, framework and an execution roadmap on how best to position the company to the customers, and exponentially increase our growth
  • Develop an integrated approach and playbook to achieve our Brand, Audience, Acquisition and Product Marketing goals, building impactful narratives and generating awareness in a highly competitive industry
  • Craft all aspects of the user journey, from discovery to happiness
  • You will promote, protect and build the Taskworld brand through collateral, PR, events, conferences, awards, news, newsletter, blogs and etc
  • Represent Taskworld in conferences, through speaking engagements and high-value content creation.
  • Create a community of early adopters and early majority clients who provide nuanced feedback on user journeys, use cases, and product execution.
  • Develop, compile, measure, and interpret key metrics, including lead acquisition and conversion rates, tied to specific marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Head of Growth to unlock the potential of our SaaS business model in serving our clients. Implement successful growth loops, performance marketing, social media, and SEO/content strategies across key platforms – Company website, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google, Etc.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and sales team to ensure a regular influx of high-quality leads
  • Improving user retention and engagement through in-app lifecycle marketing and creating innovative campaigns
  • Collaborate with local marketers in Japan, Korea, Germany, and France to boost Taskworld’s awareness
  • Increasing market share by building robust referral and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Serve a key role on the Leadership team in shaping the overall strategy


Requirements

  • Masters degree. MBA from a reputable institution an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & strong presentation and story-telling skills
  • Ability and prior experience in launching new brands or rebranding
  • Solid problem-solving skills with an ability to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise in carrying out a growth management plan
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing and growth preferably in B2B/SaaS industry
  • A natural leader with experience in building high performing teams
  • Solid understanding of how to run SEM teams. Ideally having hands-on experience on relevant platforms, especially Google and Facebook.
  • Solid understanding of how to build communities through various tools such as content strategy, SEO and social media marketing
  • Solid understanding of DSPs, DMPs and other platforms
  • Proven track record of improving KPIs such as Trials, Churn, CAC, CPA, and onboarding conversion rates
  • Data and metrics-driven with a user-centric mindset
  • Masters degree in marketing is a plus
  • Self-starter with an ability to thrive in a less structured environment
  • Ability to coach others and build a learning culture
  • Ability to set an example of a high-performance, catalytic leader
