Vegetable Seeds Product Supply Thailand Production Enabling Manager



  • Ensure adoption of new digital tools such as Velocity with all its field applications.
  • Crop management, harvest and delivery – ensure all stages of crop cycle, from sowing to pre-cleaning operations are executed and managed by local production team, ensure that all production data is reported accurately and in time.
  • Partner with Production Research to deploy new technologies in the field to improve seed quality, reliability and cost. Implement technologies in all sub regions of Thailand.
  • Production Data and Analysis - Review quantity, quality, cost and timeliness data and address areas for improvement, simplification, optimization or expansion of our business, including Grower Performance analysis.
  • Grower Pricing Review Process – Works with area production managers, planning and finance to follow a standardized process to review grower pricing strategies and reduce financial exposure. Aim for competitive base rates and align with CPMs.
  • Ensures financial risk analysis is completed related to over productions, guarantees, quality incentives and special terms. 
  • Ensure compliance of internal and external programs in our operations including HSE, Human Rights, FCPA, QMS, CSP, GSPP, etc.
  • Accountable for self and team development.


  • B.S. degree (MS or MBA, preferred) with 7+ years' experience in seed industry.
  • Fluent English language skills, oral and written.Thai language skills desired.
  • Excellent human relation and effective communication skills required.
  • Experience in leading teams. Able to attract, develop and build effective teams. Empowers them the be their best versions.
  • Ability to influence all levels in the organization.
  • Customer focus, innovation & experimentation, collaboration and implementation of best practices, knowledge sharing.
  • Process and results orientated.
