Accounting and Finance Manager (Khon Kaen) - Manufacturer

Location: BanPhai, Khonkean 

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 Baht/month

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the management and coordination of all finance & accounting activities; financial, accounting, budgeting, purchasing & procurement, inventory and fixed assets.
  • Assisting top management in business planning and providing advice on key financial issues affecting the organization’s operations and profitability.
  • Preparing monthly revenue and cost reconciliations to ensure that revenues and costs are accurate and complete.
  • Preparing related parties reconciliations to ensure that related parties are accurate and complete.
  • Reviewing documents prepared by accounting staff, such as purchase vouchers, received vouchers, journal vouchers, tax forms and VAT forms.
  • Being responsible for month-end closing, and ensuring that financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures, Thai Accounting Standards (TFRS) and local tax legislation.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors on the quarterly and annual statutory financial statements.

Qualifications: 

  • Thai nationality only, aged 35-38.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in an accounting field.
  • Working experience in a manufacturing field is a must.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, and strong leadership skills.
  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good PC skills (advanced Excel, Access, Word and computerised accounting).
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
